Description
This jawline exerciser makes a bite-and-release routine easy to do anywhere: at your desk, on a commute or on the couch. The ball is made of food-grade silicone and comes in three fixed resistance levels, so you can start light and move up when it feels easy.
What you get
- Food-grade silicone: soft on teeth, firm enough to push back.
- Three resistance levels: 40 lb light (white), 50 lb medium (gray) or 60 lb heavy (black). Each ball has one fixed resistance.
- Pocket-sized: keep it in a bag or desk drawer.
- Rinses clean: water and air-dry.
How to use it
Place the ball between your back teeth, bite down gently for a few seconds, then release. Repeat in short sets for a few minutes, a few times a week. If you're new to it, start with the 40 lb ball.
Good to know
This is a face-exercise accessory, not a medical or orthodontic device, and it doesn't guarantee a change in jaw shape. Stop if you feel pain, and check with your dentist first if you have jaw, TMJ or dental concerns.

What customers are saying
Verified buyerWorth trying, in my opinion. I got the gray pair, which is the 50 lb medium, and the silicone feels dense with no weird chemical smell. I do a few bite-and-release sets while watching TV. The photos show how small it looks next to my hand.
Verified buyerStarted with the 50 lb gray pair so I wouldn't overdo it. By day two my jaw muscles felt pleasantly sore, which told me I was actually working them. I've chewed on these daily and the silicone has no dents or tears at all. Easy to rinse afterward too.
Verified buyerSorted out the levels right away: white is the beginner one, gray is medium, and black is noticeably stronger. Each ball is roughly 2 to 3 centimeters across, so they tuck into a pocket easily. I've been alternating between white and gray. Nice that the color coding matches the resistance.
Verified buyerAdded photos so you can see the actual size and color. The black pair looks sleek and feels firm when I bite down.
Verified buyerPosted a few pictures of mine next to a coin for scale. The white 40 lb pair is a good starting point, soft enough to be comfortable but you still feel it working. I keep one on my desk and do a minute or two between emails. No smell at all, which I appreciated.
Verified buyerImpeccable quality, the silicone feels thick and smooth with no rough edges. Each ball was wrapped neatly, and I've used the gray pair every day since.
Verified buyerThey're small but feel sturdy in my hand, and the silicone seems like good quality. I'm just getting started with the 40 lb white ones. They rinse off under the tap in seconds. Planning to add a few minutes each evening on the couch.
Verified buyerGood product, does exactly what it's supposed to. The gray ball is firm and easy to rinse.
Verified buyerHandy bite trainer. The photos show my two gray balls, and the surface is free of odor or stickiness.
Verified buyerPowerful stuff! The 60 lb black is no joke and my jaw muscles are tired after a short session. I start with slow bites and hold for a couple of seconds. It's compact enough to toss in my bag. Definitely not for total beginners.
Verified buyerPerfect for a quick desk break. The gray 50 lb ball has just the right amount of resistance for me.
Verified buyerHere are shots of my white pair. Firm, clean-looking, and easy to hold between my teeth.
Verified buyerMy photos show the black pair I bought. They look sleek and feel really rigid when I bite down. I use them for about five minutes while scrolling on the couch. The silicone rinses clean fast, which matters since it goes in my mouth.
Verified buyerUploaded a couple of pictures of the gray set. Great material, and I've been using it daily without any wear.
Verified buyerBought a pair as a birthday gift and it was a hit. The gray balls feel like solid food-grade silicone with no smell at all. The recipient does a few minutes of bite and release each evening. The size is compact enough to keep in a jacket pocket.
