Description
This red light therapy panel brings 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light to your own counter. The 12.2-inch square holds 225 LEDs, enough to cover your face and neck in one session from about 12 inches away. Stand it up or hang it on the wall with the included kit; goggles and a 59-inch cord with an inline switch are in the box.
What you get
- 225 LEDs, two wavelengths: 660nm visible red combined with 850nm near-infrared.
- 12.2 x 12.2 x 1.3 in panel: large enough for face and neck, slim enough for a counter or wall.
- Runs cool: 26W in use (rated 45W) with the surface staying under 113°F (45°C).
- Stand or hang: hang kit and switched cord included, US plug.
- Eye shades included: wear them whenever the panel is on.
Why some LEDs look dark
About half the chips emit 850nm near-infrared light, which the human eye can't see. They look off while they run, and that is normal.
How people use it
Short, regular sessions on clean skin, following the session length in the manual, then serum and moisturizer. It is a consumer cosmetic device for at-home use, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, take photosensitizing medication or have a skin or eye condition, ask your doctor first.

Verified buyerSharing a few photos of my setup on the dresser. The 225 LEDs give off a deep red glow, and the dark ones are just the near-infrared that you can't see. I sit about a foot away for ten minutes with the goggles on. My skin looks calmer and I actually look forward to the routine.
Verified buyerHere it is running on my nightstand, and the red is vivid in person. The inline switch on the cord makes it easy to turn on and off.
Verified buyerThe panel is plastic but feels well put together, and nothing about it seems unsafe. The red light is very strong yet never warm, so keep the goggles on. Worth it at this price.
Verified buyerPictures show it hanging on my closet door with the included hooks. The glow is bright and even across the panel, and the surface stays cool.
Verified buyerReally lightweight, and the red LEDs are so bright that eye protection is a must. I'm just getting started so no results to report, but I'm excited to keep at it.
Verified buyerPower draw looks in line with the listed 26W on my plug-in meter. The housing is plastic, yet the build is decent for a panel this size.
Verified buyerTwo sessions in and it feels like a genuine, well-built panel, especially considering the price. I sit with it in the evening and find it very relaxing. I'll check back after a few more weeks.

Verified buyerLook at those 225 LEDs lit up in my photos, it's a lot of light from a panel only 1.3 inches thick. I hung it behind my desk chair with the cord and hooks, and it holds fine. The near-infrared side looks dark, but I can feel a gentle sensation when I hold my hand close. My skin looks a bit more even and I feel relaxed after each session.
Verified buyerSuch a nice light to have on in the evening, and my photos show the soft red glow in my dim room. I haven't noticed visible changes yet, but it's a lovely way to wind down.
Verified buyerTurning this on before bed has become part of my routine, and it helps me relax and settle down. Photos show it on my bedside shelf.
Verified buyerI'm using it regularly and don't see any visible changes yet, but I enjoy the routine anyway. My photos show it standing on my counter.

Verified buyerMy photos show my little corner set up with the panel propped on the counter and the goggles next to it. I run it for about ten minutes after washing my face at night. The light is bright but not warm, which is what I wanted. My skin looks calmer and the whole thing feels like a mini spa moment.
Verified buyerGood size for face and neck, and it fits nicely on my desk. Still early, but I'm enjoying using it.
What Makes It Different
The details that matter, explained simply.
225 LEDs, two wavelengths
The panel combines 660nm visible red light with 850nm near-infrared across 225 chips. Near-infrared is invisible, so some LEDs look off while they're running.
12.2 inches square, 1.3 inches deep
Large enough to cover your face and neck at once, flat enough to stand on a counter or hang on a wall with the included kit.
26W, and it stays cool
Rated at 45W and drawing 26W in use, the panel surface stays under 113°F / 45°C, so a session doesn't feel hot.
Goggles and hang kit included
Eye shades, a hanging kit and a 59-inch cord with an inline switch come in the box, so there is nothing else to buy.
The difference
You decide — we just show what changes.
| Feature | Alsunu | A typical alternative |
|---|---|---|
| LED count | 225 chips | 60-100 chips |
| Wavelengths | 660nm and 850nm | 660nm only |
| Goggles | Included | Sold separately |
| Mounting | Stand or hang kit included | Stand only |
| Returns | 30 days, prepaid label | 14 days, you pay shipping |
Why half the LEDs look dark
Near-infrared light at 850nm sits just past what the human eye can see. A panel that runs both wavelengths always looks like some of its chips are off. They are working; you're only seeing the 660nm half of the array.
Make It Part of Your Routine
Stand the panel on a counter or hang it with the included kit, connect the inline switch to the panel, then plug the cord into a wall socket.
Keep about a 12-inch distance from the panel on clean, product-free skin, and put the goggles on before you switch it on.
Follow the session length in the manual and keep to a consistent schedule rather than long occasional sessions. Apply your serums afterwards.
